I began my career as a civil defense attorney defending a wide array of cases including employments matters, personal injury cases and professional malpractice cases. After four years of counseling and defending institutional clients and using the legal system to minimize financial exposure, I changed allegiances and started my own practice representing individuals in a variety of legal matters and eventually focusing my practice to the representation of employees in discrimination and wage and hour disputes.
